When to start planning your stand
Contact HT Design at least six weeks before the exhibition. Send the booked floor plan, stand area and the organiser’s technical manual. We use these documents to check the build requirements and prepare the proposal.
Send final graphics two weeks before installation. Count back from the installation day, which can be earlier than the opening day. For an event that is closer, send the details so we can check availability.
What to include in your brief
Describe the products you will display, the equipment dimensions and the space needed for meetings or storage. Tell us about later exhibitions too: storage between events is optional.
