Preparing your stand design
We develop the design with you and prepare the organiser’s approval documents. The schedule follows your event’s requirements.
Initial request
Send us your request with the location and key details; the project manager prepares a clear brief for the designer.
3D proposal & quote
You receive the 3D proposal and the tailored quote, for review and feedback.
Revisions & adjustments
We adjust the design step by step, based on your feedback, until the final version meets your requirements.
Contract signing
Once the final version is approved we sign the contract and start preparations: organising materials and resources.
Project approval
We prepare the technical documents and drawings required for the organiser’s stand approval.
Final graphics
You choose who creates the graphic files, and we provide a detailed map of the stand to guide correct placement.
Final simulation
We prepare a final 3D visual with your artwork so you can review the stand before production.
