What services does HT Design offer?
We manage the whole project, from 3D design and production to transport, installation and dismantling. The concept starts with your event goals, the products on display and the available space.
The same team works with you from the first discussion through to project completion.
How do you calculate the stand price?
We base the quote on the floor area, materials, build complexity, equipment and event location. Modular systems and stands made from chipboard or MDF involve different methods and costs.
We discuss the budget at the start so we can propose a design that can be built within it.
What information do you need for a quote?
Tell us what you want to achieve at the fair. Send the event name, your floor plan and dimensions, the open sides and the facilities you need.
An estimated budget helps us choose materials and build methods. Start with the details you have; we can work through the rest together.
When will I receive the 3D proposal and quote?
Once we receive the floor plan, requirements and estimated budget, we assess the project and give you a delivery date. The time needed depends on the stand's size and complexity, and how complete the brief is.
We prepare a design that can be produced within the agreed budget.
Can I rent the stand or should I buy it?
We recommend rental in most cases. About 99% of our clients choose it for the freedom to adapt the design at each fair. We handle production, transport, installation and dismantling.
Buying can suit a small stand used at least 4–5 times a year with the same floor area and layout. We can help you compare the options.
Planning and build
How early should I contact you?
Ideally, 2–3 months before the exhibition. This allows time to develop and refine the concept, prepare technical approvals, produce the stand and arrange logistics.
If the event is close, send the details so we can check what is possible in the time available.
Do you build stands outside Romania?
Yes. We build in Romania and across Europe. We also deliver projects in America using our own production, and in Asia through local partners.
HT Design coordinates the project and checks that the stand follows the approved design at each destination.
Do you handle stand approval documents?
Yes, including for international fairs. We prepare the documents and drawings required by the organiser, including technical and electrical plans. We also help with the project approval forms.

Do you build small stands?
Yes. We plan the layout to use the available floor space efficiently, with clear access and presentation areas.
Where the event rules allow it, we can use height, suspended elements and branding structures to improve visibility from a distance.
Do you have your own production?
Yes. Our own production lets us control quality, costs and delivery dates. Designers work directly with the production team to check materials and technical details.
We can adapt the build when changes arise and follow the work through to the final finishes.
