Projects outside Romania typically start from €15,000 for a custom stand of around 20–30 m², delivered turnkey: design, production, transport, build-up and dismantling. Larger or two-storey stands are quoted individually. Send us the floor plan and we come back with a 3D proposal and an exact quote.
Our own crew. We transport the stand from Arad, build it at the venue, and dismantle it after the fair. One project manager stays your contact from the first call to the last day.
At least six weeks before the fair. Send the floor plan and the organiser’s technical manual so we can agree the project schedule. For urgent projects the minimum lead time is one week before installation.
No. You receive the 3D proposal and the quote first. Nothing is produced before you approve the final design and sign the contract.
