A weekend to breathe, enjoy good vibes, and plan for the future

At the beginning of July 2025, the HT Design team took a well-deserved break from the hustle of projects and met somewhere close to Cluj-Napoca, in a beautiful corner of nature, for a team building we had all been looking forward to. It was our way of joyfully closing an intense spring season—one filled with completed stands, challenges overcome, and trade fairs successfully wrapped up.

We relaxed, laughed, and reconnected

Over the weekend, we enjoyed fresh air, exercise, and quality time together, far away from offices and urgent emails. We hiked up the mountain, had friendly competitions in ping pong and badminton, swam, played board games, and—of course—gathered in the evening around the campfire, with barbecue, live music, and plenty of stories.

The atmosphere was warm and laid-back—exactly what we needed to step away from the daily fast pace and remind ourselves how great it is to work together. For a team that stands united in complex design, production, and installation projects, moments like these are essential for strengthening bonds beyond deadlines.

Big plans, but with calmer hearts

Beyond the fun, we used the gathering to align our direction for the second half of the year. We have new projects ahead, exciting challenges, and—no doubt—a lot of hard work. But we trust that, together, we can continue delivering stands that impress and tell memorable brand stories.

A big “thank you” to our colleagues who brought their great energy and genuine desire to connect. It felt so good to see each other in a different light—as people, not just roles in a team.

And now, we move forward—with fresh ideas, renewed motivation, and the joy of building together.
